Service Coverage

We currently provide sales, rental, and delivery services exclusively within the state of Karnataka. Orders from locations outside Karnataka are not accepted at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation and payment verification. For rental equipment, delivery schedules will be coordinated directly with the customer based on equipment availability and location.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, location, and availability.

Mysuru and surrounding areas: Same day or next business day delivery, subject to availability.
Other locations within Karnataka: Typically 1–5 business days.
Large or specialized equipment may require additional time for transportation and installation arrangements.

Delivery and Installation

For selected medical equipment, including hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, and respiratory care devices, our team may provide delivery assistance and basic installation support where applicable.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the product, delivery location, and service requirements. Any applicable charges will be communicated during order confirmation.

Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are requested to inspect the equipment at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing components, or discrepancies should be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.

While we make every effort to deliver equipment within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, road restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
