Manasvi Healthtech, Mysuru offers refunds and cancellations on its products and rentals, subject to specific policies designed to protect both customers and business integrity. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered for a refund request to be considered.

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Inspection: Returned items are subject to inspection to confirm eligibility for refund; any physical damage or evidence of use will void the refund.

  • Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe, typically 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no penalty; a full refund will be issued.

  • After Dispatch: Cancellations made after the product is shipped may incur logistic or restocking fees, which are deducted from the refund amount.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain medical consumables and personal-use products, due to hygiene reasons, are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or unsealed.

Damaged or Lost Equipment

  • Repair or replacement costs for damaged, malfunctioning (due to misuse), or missing parts will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately, as per the rental/service agreement.
