Return and Refund Policy
At Manasvi Healthtech, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to supply quality medical equipment and healthcare products that meet our customers' requirements. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases and rentals made through our company.
Returns for Purchased Products
Customers may request a return only under the following circumstances:

The product delivered is damaged during transit.

The product received is incorrect or differs from the order placed.

The product has a manufacturing defect upon delivery.
Any return request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with relevant photographs or supporting details.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and documentation provided at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return once delivered and accepted:

Medical equipment that has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

Consumables and disposable medical products.

Products supplied against specific customer requirements or special orders.
Refunds
Once a return request is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Rental Equipment
For rental equipment, rental charges already utilized are non-refundable.
In cases where equipment is returned before the agreed rental period, any refund or adjustment will be subject to the terms of the rental agreement and management approval.
Security deposits, where applicable, will be refunded after inspection of the returned equipment and confirmation that it has been returned in acceptable condition.
Damaged or Defective Equipment
If equipment is found to be damaged, defective, or non-functional at the time of delivery, customers should notify Manasvi Healthtech immediately. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for replacement, repair, or an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or delivery confirmation. If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction or handling charges, if any.
Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
